What is Cardfactory Digital?

Cardfactory Digital is a new website from Cardfactory where you can purchase digital cards and invitations. The website has recently launched and new products are being added daily. We welcome your feedback and comments! Please let us know how we can improve here.

 

What is a digital card?

A digital card is a card that you can download to your device and send digitally instead of through the post. This means you can download a card and send it by email, WhatsApp, SMS or any other way that you would normally send a photo on your device. 

 

How does it work?

Start off by browsing and selecting the design you would like to purchase. After purchasing, you will receive an email from Corjl personalisation software, with a link to access and edit your design. When you click on the link, your design will open for you to edit in your web browser.

Once you have completed personalising your design, you can download it to your device. You will then have the image of your design saved on your device for you to send on via instant messenger or email, or print it at home. You can send it to as many people as you like.

 

What can I personalise on each design?

Text and photos (if included) in the designs can be personalised. In the description of the product page you will see a list of which elements of the design can be personalised. 

 

Where can I write my message?

All digital cards and invitations are one sided cards - there is no inside page to add a message. In the product description you will see which parts of the design that can be edited. Some of the cards have an area for you to write a message and sign the card. If the design does not have this, you can write your message in the email or instant message (eg. WhatsApp) you use to send the card.

 

Can I personalise my design before purchasing?

Unfortunately this is not possible. In the product description you will see a list of which elements of the design that can be personalised. After purchasing, you will then be able to personalise and download your design.

 

I have not received my design after purchasing

Immediately after purchasing, you will receive two emails. The first will be an order confirmation email from Cardfactory confirming your order. You will then receive an email from Corjl, which will contain a link for you to access and edit your design. If you have not received it, please check your junk or spam email folder. If you are still unable to find it, please contact customer service.

 

How do I send a card or invitation after purchasing?

Once you have personalised and downloaded your design, you will have an image of your design saved to your device. You can then share the image in whatever way you like. The most popular ways are through WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, text message and email.

You can also print your design at home or at a local printer.

 

What format will I get my design in?

After personalising your design, you will have the option to download your design as a JPEG image or PDF. If you are planning on printing your design, it is recommended to download the design in PDF format.

 

I have not received an order confirmation email

If you have not received it, please check your junk or spam email folder. If you are still unable to find it, please contact customer service.

 

I want to send 20 invitations of the same design, how many do I need to buy?

If the design is going to be identical, you only need to purchase one invitation. After you have personalised and downloading your invitation design, you can then send it to as many people as you like.

 

How many times can I personalise my design?

You can personalise your design as many times as you like up and until you approve the final design. At this point, you can download your design but you will no longer be able to make any changes.

 

What is Corjl?

Corjl is an online tool that allow you to personalise your designs right after purchasing.

 

Can I personalise my design on my mobile device?

Yes you can personalise your design on mobile, tablet or desktop computer.

 

I need to change my design after downloading it, is this possible?

Unfortunately once you have approved and downloaded your design, it is not possible to make any further changes. You will need to purchase the design again.
